Fluoride on June 26 announced that recently, "key technology for the manufacture of high-purity lithium hexafluorophosphate crystals" was identified through scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.
After many years of research and development, DFIDO has overcome a series of key technical problems. For the first time, it has developed a new raw material route and complete process technology for producing high-purity lithium hexafluorophosphate crystals using anhydrous hydrogen fluoride, phosphorus pentachloride, and industrial lithium carbonate as raw materials. Solve the bottleneck of lithium-ion battery electrolyte production technology, to achieve domestic production of lithium hexafluorophosphate crystals, to fill the blank of domestic lithium hexafluorophosphate crystal products, to replace imports.
At present, Fluoride "key technology for the manufacture of high-purity lithium hexafluorophosphate crystals" has been industrialized, with a production scale of 2,200 tons per year. The products have been tested by authoritative organizations and have exceeded the industry standards and are at the leading international level.
